**MOUNTAIN WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS** Solstice Summit is located in Colorado's beautiful mountain environment, where weather can change rapidly. During winter, snow and ice may affect roads, driveways, and walkways. Guests should monitor weather forecasts and road conditions and arrive with vehicles and equipment appropriate for mountain travel. Guests are responsible for monitoring official weather alerts, road advisories, and emergency instructions. **FIRE RESTRICTIONS** Colorado mountain communities may experience seasonal fire restrictions. Guests must check and comply with current restrictions throughout their stay. Restrictions may affect the use of the gas fire pit and outdoor cooking equipment. **HOT TUB & OUTDOOR AMENITIES** Our private hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and gas fire pit are available for guest enjoyment, subject to weather conditions, maintenance needs, and applicable safety restrictions. Children may use the hot tub only when accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult. Please follow all posted operating and safety instructions. **PARKING & GARAGE** A maximum of six vehicles is permitted in designated parking areas. Street parking is prohibited. Garage doors must remain closed when not actively in use, particularly during freezing temperatures and snowstorms. **SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE PROPERTY** Solstice Summit is strictly smoke-free throughout the entire property, including all outdoor areas. Pets are not permitted, except assistance animals protected by applicable law and Airbnb policies. **NEARBY RECREATIONAL FACILITIES** Granby Ranch ski lifts, golf courses, fitness facilities, hiking trails, and other recreational amenities are independently operated. Solstice Summit does not control their schedules, conditions, pricing, or availability. Guests should verify current information directly with the respective operators before planning activities. **WILDLIFE** Wildlife may be present in the surrounding mountain environment. Never feed or approach wild animals, and keep food and trash secured. **SECURITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING** Exterior Ring cameras monitor the front entrance and the backyard outdoor kitchen/fire pit area. The backyard camera does not monitor the hot tub. Minut environmental monitoring devices are installed in the upstairs kitchen, first-floor foyer, and covered patio. These monitor noise levels and environmental conditions without recording conversations or video. There are no indoor security cameras. **QUIET HOURS** Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM.
